BrandFIT Joins Ad Standards Canada as Commitment to Integrity in Advertising
BrandFIT is proud to join Ad Standards Canada (ASC) – the national independent advertising industry self-regulatory body – as we thrive to help strengthen public perception of the advertising industry.
“At BrandFIT, we are committed to the integrity of the advertising profession,” says Maher Jaber, CEO, BrandFIT. “We believe in gaining and maintaining public confidence, and therefore pleased to join 220 businesses who share the goal of encouraging responsible advertising through regulations.”
For over 55 years, the ASC has continuously worked towards cultivating community confidence in Canadian advertising, and consumer research indicates that purchasers have more trust in brands that support responsible advertising self-regulation.
“Consumers are bombarded with ads on a daily basis,” says Jaber. “Whether it’s on social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, or television commercial, it’s important for our industry to maintain high standards.”
